Facts:. The Plaintiff suffered a herniated disc at the L3, L4 level with a bulge at the L4, L5 level through a prior on the job injury. Plaintiff had also been involved in an auto accident subsequent to the job injury and prior to the slip and fall. Additionally, the Plaintiff had been involved in two unrelated accidents between the Slip and Fall and an MRI performed three months after the slip and fall.
